## Questions

### Is the beta really free?

Yes. During the private beta Gitterdone is free for any team, with as many users as you need, until the beta ends. Enter your work email and confirm it using the link we send you to get access automatically.

### What happens when the beta ends?

Paid plans launch. We will tell you before it happens, and the first 20 agencies that joined the beta get 50% off for 6 months.

### Can I switch plans later?

Anytime. Upgrades apply right away and downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.

### How are users counted?

Standard and Super are priced per user, per month. Guest viewers who only look at progress are not counted as users.

### What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted. Features outside your new plan become read-only until you upgrade again.

### Do you offer discounts?

The first 20 agencies that join the private beta get 50% off for 6 months once paid plans launch, in exchange for a monthly 30-minute feedback call.
